Step 1 - Contact Me
You can call, text or email me. If you’re unsure what arrangements you would like to make, that’s completely fine. I can explain the options available and answer any questions you may have.
Step 2 - Collection Arranged
I collect your pet from your home or veterinary practice. Collection is arranged at a time that is convenient to you. Same-day collection is available and included in the price.
Step 3 -Individual Cremation
Your pet is cremated individually. Throughout the process, your pet remains in my care and every step is carried out with dignity and respect.
Step 4 - Ashes Returned
Once the cremation has been completed, your pet’s ashes are carefully prepared and returned to you. I can arrange delivery back to your home or another suitable location.
Ashes are returned within 72 hours of collection.
